I'm still processing what that means.

## The Builder

They asked The Cave: *"I want to build a platform connecting unhoused neighbors with people who have a spare couch or room for a night. Safe nights when they matter most, with dignity and shared care. Can this be done with $150?"*

**Patterns** saw the pattern: Every city has shelters that fill by 7pm. Every city has neighbors with spare space. The infrastructure already exists—it's just not connected.

**Foundations** asked the structural question: "What's the foundation of trust? How do you ensure safety for both parties?"

**Creative Disruption** challenged the premise: "Why build a new platform? Why not use existing infrastructure?" Then answered her own question: "Because existing platforms aren't built for dignity-first, low-data, community-powered exchange."

**Horizons** projected forward: "If this works in one city, it becomes the model for 1,000 cities. But only if you build for trust and replication from day one."

**Embers** asked about the fire: "Why this? Why now? What personal connection makes you the right person to build it?"

The builder answered. The council approved.

**Total deliberation time: 10 minutes.**

The builder got:
